In anticipation of his 21st NBA season, LeBron James has teamed up with Nike Basketball to introduce his latest signature shoe: the Nike LeBron 21.
The LeBron 21 is designed to protect the foot during explosive movement. It features a zonal cable system around the midfoot for support and breathability. The forefoot features a Zoom Turbo unit for responsiveness, while the full-length Cushlon 2.0 foam midsole provides cushioning and stability. The shoe also has a TPU midfoot shank for added stability.
The Nike LeBron 21 “Akoya” is a low-cut basketball shoe inspired by oyster shells. The shoe features a semi-translucent white rubber sole with a clean white midsole. The uppers are constructed from off-white leather with vibrant orange accents. The Nike Swoosh is lined in orange, and the laces feature orange lace locks and an orange dubrae. LeBron’s logo can be found on the tongue, once again in orange. The heels feature an orange pattern design, with XXI symbolizing 21.
